You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guide customers through account management and ATM transactions, and document interactions in our CRM. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education preferred.
• Experience in client services, banking, ATM transactions or financial case handling.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving and customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking systems or CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and records.
• Knowledge of banking products, services and regulatory practices is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work shifts if required by business.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Provide guidance on banking services, account management, transfers, and ATM transactions.
• Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, fund transfers, and related banking tasks.
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally, refer complex matters to senior staff when needed.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM with precise records of support.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products to existing clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and banking regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve client requests seamlessly.
• Participate in training programmes to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
