Qualifications

• 1–3 years of directly related project management experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in related field with proven responsibilities and outcomes.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required.
• Strong project management, business acumen, customer service, financial management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate project objectives, milestones, and plans with dependencies.
• Assemble a team and assign accountability for task completion.
• Manage projects to meet objectives and measurement criteria.
• Report on results and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Define timelines and milestones; ensure team stays on schedule.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders as needed.
• Manage project costs and budgets; obtain approvals for variances.
• Handle issues, risks, and changes; escalate as needed.
• Conduct meetings and status updates; represent the organization in initiatives.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
