Job summary

Century Limitless Corporation in Pampanga is seeking a Turnover Engineer/Assistant to manage documentation, coordinate inspections, and ensure smooth client handovers. You will ensure accuracy of turnover documents and track deliverables from contractors.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree with 1–2 years of experience; licensure is a plus. You will work with PMG/Construction, assist during inspections, and uphold high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related technical field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Prefer Turnover Engineer/Assistant or Handover Engineer/Assistant from real estate.
• Licensed Engineer is a plus but not required.
• Experience in Punchlisting and Quality Assurance and Control.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of turnover documents.
• Prepare turnover documents for client release (as-built plans, warranties, manuals).
• Track and follow up documentation deliverables from Contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor units with punch list items prior to Client Inspection date.
• Coordinate with PMG/Construction for issuance of unit keys for inspections and turnovers.
• Forward client punch list items to PMG/Construction for rectification.
• Assist clients during inspections and re-inspections, documenting findings.
• Guide clients during inspections and explain unit features and systems.
