Job summary

Century Limitless Corporation is seeking a Turnover Engineer/Assistant to manage documentation, coordinate inspections, and support clients through turnover processes in Batangas. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and cross-functional coordination with PMG/Construction teams.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering or Architecture background, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a readiness to work on-site in Batulao, Batangas. Real estate turnover experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related technical field prerequisites.
• 1–2 years of experience in the related field required.
• Experience as Turnover Engineer/Assistant or Handover Engineer/Assistant in real estate is preferred.
• Licensed Engineer is a plus but not required.
• Experience in Punchlisting and Quality Assurance/Control preferred.
• Willing to report in Batulao, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of turnover-related documents.
• Prepare turnover documents for client release (as-built plans, warranties, user manuals, etc.).
• Track documentation deliverables from contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor units with punch list items prior to inspections and ensure issues are logged.
• Coordinate with PMG/Construction for controlled issuance of unit keys for inspections and turnovers.
• Forward client-generated punch list items for timely rectification.
• Assist clients during inspections, including documenting findings and accepting re-inspections.
• Provide guidance during inspections, explaining unit features and systems.
