Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking a hands-on Handover Coordinator to manage the final turn-over process for unit owners in Metro Manila. You will address owner concerns, conduct punchlists, and coordinate with Leasing, PMO, and internal teams to ensure a smooth handover.

Responsibilities include preparing handover documents and contracts, creating presentations for virtual viewing, and coordinating financing-related concerns with UO and banks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year program in customer service, engineering, or architecture.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle unit owners' concerns and requests related to acceptance of the physical unit.
• Perform punchlisting (RI/CO) of units prior to turnover.
• Coordinate with internal groups for final handover of keys.
• Ensure delivery of quality units.
• Prepare handover documents and contracts.
• Prepare presentations for virtual viewing and acceptance.
• Coordinate with Leasing for leasing orientation.
• Coordinate with PMO for House Rules guidelines and orientation.
• Coordinate with UO and bank regarding bank financing concerns.
