RLC Residences is seeking a Turnover Quality Specialist to act as the representative during the physical turnover of units to buyers. The role ensures units are ready for turnover within the approved move-in timeline and supports project prep, including unit and common area inspections.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect, with strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to work in Paranaque / South properties.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
• Fresh board passers are encouraged to apply!
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willing to be assigned in Paranaque / South properties

Responsibilities

• Ensure unit turnover readiness within prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
• Assist in preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover, including inspection of units and common areas.
