Job summary

DM Global Inc. is hiring a Sales Consultant to promote and sell products to new and existing customers. You will identify customer needs, provide solutions, and deliver excellent service to build strong client relationships.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, a willingness to travel for client meetings, and flexibility with hours. You will conduct product presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years sales experience; entry-level possible.
• Experience in retail, real estate, automotive, insurance, telecom, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through various sales channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure smooth orders.
