Job summary

Hunt St in the Philippines is seeking a highly personable Customer Service Representative to manage a dedicated portfolio of customers. You will be the primary contact by phone and email, resolving inquiries and delivering a consistently high level of service while building long-term relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing roles, excellent English, CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zendesk), and the ability to work onsite in Makati and align with AU business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Service, Client Services, or similar.
• Excellent English comprehension, verbal and written.
• Ability to build genuine rapport with customers.
• Strong problem solving, organisation and time management.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho CRM).
• Proficient in MS Office 365 or Google Workspace.
• Experience with Australian customers is highly desirable.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers as the primary contact.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding needs and maintaining regular contact.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email; resolve issues promptly.
• Keep accurate customer records and interaction history in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding inquiries and keep customers informed.
