Job summary

Survey-tech Corporation seeks a Service Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and coordinate service requests for surveying, engineering and technical equipment.

The role acts as the primary communication link between customers and Service Center technicians, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely information throughout the service process. Strong communication in English and Filipino is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or service coordination.
• Experience in equipment, automotive, electronics, engineering, or technical service center.
• Proficient with Excel, Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries through official channels.
• Document customer concerns and requested services.
• Record equipment information (brand, model, serial, accessories, condition).
• Coordinate with technicians on diagnosis, parts, labor and ETA.
• Prepare accurate quotations for calibration, repair, maintenance, spare parts and labor.
• Explain quotations, service recommendations, procedures, estimated turnaround times and charges to customers.
• Follow up on quotations and approvals to prevent delays.
• Communicate with customers about calibration, repair, maintenance, warranty claims, parts replacement and after-sales services.
• Monitor status and turnaround time of all assigned Job/Work Orders.
• Provide customers with regular updates on equipment status.
