Job summary

ADP is seeking a NAS Technical Product Consultant I to assist client admins and practitioners with performance, compensation, succession and learning products. The role involves diagnosing system issues, using CRM tools, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely client-focused projects.

Responsibilities include hosting client meetings, maintaining CRM records, and suggesting best practices for proactive services. A background in HCM and 3–4 years in client service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCM related field or equivalent education and experience
• 3–4 years of experience in a client service environment
• Proven ability to maintain focus and work with multiple demands
• Strong client relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, structured environment and high ethical standards
• Experience or training in Project Management

Responsibilities

• Handle client admins/practitioners concerns to help them manage performance, compensation, succession and learning products
• Research and resolve client issues using CRM systems
• Diagnose and resolve data issues, app errors, system performance or third-party problems
• Host pre, during and post-cycle client meetings to drive timely deliverables and drive client satisfaction
• Maintain client partnership history in CRM and collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive client experience
• Maintain lab hardware/software, load client databases for testing and provide improvement recommendations to Development
