Comrise is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team in Pasig. You will be the primary ER liaison for assigned client accounts, handling employee concerns, investigations, and compliant resolutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of ER or HRBP experience, a proactive approach to resolving conflicts, and willingness to work onsite at least 3 times per week at the Comrise office in Pasig or client site.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations or HR business partnering.
• Ability to manage employee concerns, investigations, and grievances.
• Knowledge of labor laws and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the dedicated Employee Relations point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Manage employee concerns, disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace conflicts with fairness and professionalism.
• Conduct confidential investigations and provide well-documented, compliant case resolutions.
• Advise managers on employee relations policies and best practices in handling performance issues or sensitive employee matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
• Monitor employee morale and identify root causes of dissatisfaction or conflict; propose actionable solutions.
• Facilitate exit interviews, analyze trends, and support retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all ER cases, documentation, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams to support engagement, wellness, and retention programs.
