Job summary

Operation Smile Philippines is seeking a Program Supervisor, Patient Services for the Cebu Comprehensive Cleft Care Center of Excellence to lead a team delivering recruitment, screening, surgery scheduling and comprehensive care. The role ensures patients in Cebu and nearby provinces are reached, screened, scheduled for surgery, and receive holistic support.

The position oversees patient flow, coordinates nutrition, psychosocial support, speech, and dental care, and requires regular field work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years in healthcare operations, NGO service delivery, or community engagement, including at least one year in supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Filipino; Cebuano/Bisaya is an advantage.
• Experience running community outreach or patient recruitment programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead patient recruitment across Cebu and nearby provinces, including outreach and referrals.
• Oversee patient flow and experience from screening through surgery and follow-up.
• Coordinate comprehensive care services (nutrition, psychosocial support, speech, dental).
• Supervise and coach patient coordinators and program staff; track reports and budgets.
