Job summary

Operation Smile, Inc. in Cebu seeks a Program Manager to lead patient recruitment strategy and coordinate comprehensive care services at the Cebu COE.

You will drive patient flow, manage partnerships with LGUs, NGOs, and partner hospitals, and ensure alignment of recruitment targets with surgical capacity. In this role you will oversee program operations, mentor staff, monitor metrics, and support budgeting and reporting to uphold OSI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in program management, healthcare operations, or NGO service delivery.
• Experience managing community partnerships and recruitment pipelines.
• Experience supervising staff or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient recruitment mapping, strategy, and registry management for the Cebu COE.
• Ensure patient flow aligns with surgical schedules and care capacity.
• Maintain relationships with LGUs, NGOs, partner hospitals, and community health workers.
• Oversee patient screening pipelines and referral systems; monitor journey metrics.
• Coordinate with medical leadership to align targets with capacity and support SOP implementation.
