Job summary

Operation Smile Cebu seeks a Program Manager to lead patient recruitment strategy and coordinate comprehensive care services at the Cebu COE. You will drive community partnerships, ensure patient flow, and align recruitment with surgical capacity.

You will supervise the program team, oversee operations, monitor metrics, and develop multi-year plans with senior leadership to expand reach and improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4–6 years experience in program management.
• Experience with NGO service delivery and healthcare operations.
• Experience managing community partnerships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient recruitment strategy and registry management.
• Ensure patient flow aligns with surgical schedules.
• Maintain relationships with LGUs, NGOs, partner hospitals, and CHWs.
• Oversee patient screening pipelines and referral systems.
• Monitor patient journey metrics and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate day-to-day programmatic flow and operations.
• Support integration of Comprehensive Care services (nutrition, psychosocial, speech, dental).
• Collaborate with leadership to develop annual and multi-year program plans.
• Assist in budgets and reporting; ensure compliance with standards.
