Job summary

IMG Insurance Brokers Corp. in the Philippines seeks a claims handler to manage insurance claims from initiation through settlement.

You will prepare and submit documentation, handle client inquiries, maintain updated client files, and coordinate with loss adjusters and investigators as needed. Graduate of any business/office related degree with strong analytical skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems is required.

• Inform clients if claims are accepted and how they will be allocated
• Organize payments to clients
• Monitor all claims status until settlement is complete
