Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL in the Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented POD administrator to support data validation, billing, and document control within our logistics operations.

You will work with TMS, SAP S4HANA, DigiHaul, and Simplicollect, ensure accuracy of delivery records, and assist in KPI reporting. The role requires communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with good communication for document follow-ups.
• Basic reconciliation and billing knowledge.
• Working knowledge of TMS/S4HANA (or can be trained).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all POD documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Prepare and present POD KPI reports; resolve billing discrepancies with relevant teams.

• 1. POD Receiving and ValidationCheck incoming proof of delivery documents.Generate data from S4 Hana, TMS and DigihaulPrepare daily monitoring reportsValidate completeness of billing documents (stamp, signatures delivery date)Received and job file closed shipment in DigihaulPOD Tagging of received documents in TMSScanning and renaming of PODUploading of renamed POD in shared pointGeneration of data in Simplicollect and update all Pod for delivery Validation.Sending of transmittal received to truckerAspen accounts validation and for transmittal to Aspen.
• 2. Data Reconciliation & Issue ResolutionCompare delivery records in the system with proof of delivery documents to ensure accuracyInvestigate delivery discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teamsCorrect errors in records and update the system promptlyResolve issues that may affect billing, reporting, or customer confirmationPrepare and Present POD KPI reports and attend meetings in the absence of POD Team Lead
• 3. Customer Coordination & SupportRespond to customer request related to pod.Provide delivery confirmation signed POD and trip status.Maintain clear and professional communication with customer.
• 4. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure all proof of delivery documents are complete, accurate, and properly filedSupport audits by providing correct delivery documentationMaintain records according to company procedures and compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of billing systems (TMS, SAP - S4HANA, DigiHaul, Simplicollect)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Familiarity with logistics/transportation operations is an advantage
