Job description

• Generate project estimates/costings, and generate supporting documents (ex. shop drawings and renders).
• Tasked to handle special projects such as research and development projects, breakthrough projects (projects to launch new products).
• Other engineering tasks.

• Must be based in Laguna
• Must be willing to be assigned to sites as the need arises
• BS Civil Engineering
• Technical Skills - knowledge until mastery of the following:
• LUMION 3D: Mainly used for 3D rendering, visualization, and presentation of OBJ files coming for various 3D modelling applications
• SKETCHUP: 3D Modeling software, for 3D object creation, can either be rendered through the use of 3D rendering software or presented as it is
• AUTOCAD: Planar Modeling and Drawing software, used for floor plans and other 2D related drawings, can also function as 3D Modeling software
• GOOGLE SHEETS: Various usage, from Costing - Presentation - Data manipulation - Data gathering - Analysis
• TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Expertise on material specification/quantification/bill of materials (from STRUCTURAL to CIVIL WORKS TO ELECTRICALS/PLUMBING/ROOFING, etc.) - someone with experience in quantifying residential houses
• With valid Professional License - 85% and above rating
• High Mobility (with driver’s license and travel across sites)
