Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, construction and project coordination.
• Experience in site supervision and project implementation.
• Familiarity with structural or project management software is an advantage.
• Skilled in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, material evaluation and progress billing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, specs and technical documents.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Experienced in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project teams.
