Job summary

PT. Akhdani Reka Solusi in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineer to assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely completion of works and compliance with plans.

You will prepare plans, drawings, and specifications, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers while using AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD Pro.

Minimum 1 to 4 years' experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and a licensed engineer is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related course.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred.
• 1 to 4 years relevant experience in civil, structural, or constrution projects.
• Experienced and proficient in using CAD and structural design sotfware (e.g, AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro).
• Skilled in structural analysis and computation.
• Experienced in project planning, quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of works
• Prepare project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
• Prepare and evaluate project estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Oversee and coordinate site engineers and site administrative staff
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to align project timelines and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, track accomplishments, and prepare regular status reports
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with plans and specifications
• Identify potential risks and recommed corrective actions or schedule adjustments
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety, quality and company standards
• May be assigned other site-related functions and responsibilities as needed
