Job description

• Participate in project planning activities, feasibility studies, and preparation of detailed engineering designs.
• Review, analyze, and validate civil works designs, revisions, and related technical documents.
• Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, technical specifications, and construction drawings.
• Conduct routine site inspections covering rebar installation, concreting works, formworks, soil protection, and joint inspections.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, material utilization, and equipment deployment.
• Perform site visits to assess project conditions, verify accomplishments, and identify scope changes.
• Track and monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Control and validate all project expenditures in coordination with operations and purchasing departments.
• Source, evaluate, and assess suppliers, subcontractors, construction materials, and price quotations.
• Prepare and update progress reports, cost monitoring reports, and project status updates.
• Provide accurate project timelines, schedules, and coordination updates to the management.
• Must be willing to assigned in different provinces.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
• With 3–5 years experience in engineering design, cost engineering, and construction (infrastructure experience required).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in constructing medical facility/medical room projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with accuracy in cost analysis and quantity take-off.
• Good interpersonal, communication, coordination, and strong negotiation skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision; detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites across the Philippines.
