About the Role

Responsible for assisting in the supervision and execution of the civil and structural works for 500/230kV substation upgrading projects. The role includes monitoring construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with the team project, and preparing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily civil and structural construction activities on-site to ensure work adheres to engineering specifications and safety standards.

• Monitoring construction activities on-site to ensure quality workmanship, compliance with plans, and adherence to safety standards.

• Preparation, updates, and maintenance of project documentation, progress reports, site logs, and internal records.

• Safekeeping and organizing all project documents, structural drawings, and reports in an orderly manner and with discretion.

• Perform other related civil engineering tasks or project duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor or department head.

Job Details & Work Setup

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Work Schedule: 48 Hours per week

• Offered Salary: ₱16,000 per month

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage.

• Knowledge or experience in heavy civil works, structural engineering, or power substation/infrastructure projects is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with project teams.

• Keen attention to detail, organized, and proficient in project documentation.

• Willing to work a 48-hour weekly work schedule.
