Jade Solutions and Management Services Inc. seeks a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead civil and structural design, planning, estimating, and PEZA permitting for industrial facility projects in Laguna.

Responsible for the design, planning, estimating, permitting, execution, and completion of civil, structural, and facility improvement projects. The position ensures that structural designs, engineering plans, material estimates, BOQs, project execution, and as-built documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with applicable codes, company standards, and PEZA requirements.
The role provides technical coordination with suppliers, contractors, buyers, and internal departments from project planning through completion and final endorsement to Facilities.
Prepare civil and structural designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications for construction, renovation, and facility projects.
Review existing structures and ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Sign and seal structural plans and documents within the scope of professional responsibility.
Prepare and/or coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other required engineering plans.
Prepare and coordinate technical documents for PEZA permits, approvals, and project submissions.
Coordinate with consultants and other disciplines to ensure complete and compliant project documentation.
Prepare quantity take-offs, material estimates, BOQ, and project cost estimates based on approved plans.
Review supplier quotations and validate material quantities, specifications, and costs.
Coordinate with Buyers, suppliers, and contractors regarding materials, labor costs, procurement, and delivery requirements.
Lead and/or support project execution from mobilization through completion.
Monitor contractor work, materials, quality, schedule, cost, safety, and compliance with approved plans.
Conduct site inspections, resolve construction issues, and report project progress, risks, and deviations.
Conduct final inspection and ensure completion of punch-list items and project requirements.
Prepare and/or verify as-built drawings and complete project documentation.
Compile required records and endorse completed projects to Facilities for operation and maintenance.
Ensure projects comply with applicable building, structural, safety, environmental, PEZA, and company requirements.
Maintain accurate drawings, calculations, BOQs, permits, reports, and project records.
Perform other related engineering, project, and facility activities as assigned by the immediate superior or management.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE).
Structural engineering experience is required.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural design, construction, facility projects, or related engineering work.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial construction is an advantage.
Proficient in structural analysis, structural design, and preparation of structural drawings.
Knowledge of applicable Philippine structural and building codes and standards.
Knowledge of architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other building plans.
Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, material estimates, cost estimates, and BOQs.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
Ability to read, review, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of PEZA permitting and project documentation is an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other applicable engineering/design software.
