Job summary

COMMSEC INC. is seeking a Civil Engineer for field supervision of civil works related to power infrastructure in Batangas.

The role involves supervision, inspection, and coordination with construction teams, QA/QC and project management to ensure compliance with drawings and standards. Requirements include a degree in civil engineering, at least 2 years of construction experience (power plant/substation/industrial), knowledge of foundations and site supervision, and willingness to be assigned in

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering.
• At least 2 years experience in construction project (preferably power plant, substation, industrial projects).
• Knowledgeable in civil works foundations, structural works, site supervision.
• Licensed civil engineer is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Tuy Batangas.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervision & monitoring of civil works construction.
• Inspection of main control building construction.
• Monitoring of substation equipment foundations.
• Supervision of transmission pole foundations.
• Inspection & monitoring of MVPS foundations.
• Monitoring construction of lightning arrester foundation and related civil structures.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, & construction standards.
• Preparation & submission of RFI.
• Monitoring & closing of QCIR, NCR.
• Preparation of daily & weekly accomplishment.
• Coordination with construction teams, QAQC personnel & project management.
