Job summary

Argent Ventures Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities on solar energy projects in the Philippines. You will manage sites, review BOMs, and supervise crews while ensuring schedules, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction management, experience with solar mounting structures and power plant foundations, and a licensed civil engineering credential. Willingness to relocate is required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed.
• 3–5 years of construction management experience with solar PV mounting structures, plant foundations, and distribution line projects.
• Experience in substation, transmission line and solar hybrid projects is an advantage.
• Strong background in structural design, soil mechanics and energy infrastructure civil works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and structural analysis software.
• Knowledge of Philippines Building Code and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead EPC projects, manage ROW, and supervise complex concrete works.
• Willing to relocate and maintain professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project sites, including material deliveries and site supervision.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare BOM estimates and ensure material availability.
• Prepare, evaluate and monitor BOMs for cost efficiency and alignment with plans.
• Provide technical advice and recommend improvements to project execution.
• Create, review and analyze technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Develop work schedules and coordinate with professionals on the project.
• Gather data, prepare reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Enforce safety standards strictly on-site and monitor progress to deadlines.
