QUALIFICATIONS:

• With valid Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Civil Engineer.

• With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or similar industry.

• With BOSH or COSH certificate.

• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and bar bending schedules (BBS).

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools.

• Skill in conducting material testing, leveling, and site inspections to ensure compliance with standards.

• Capability to perform quantity take-offs, budget forecasts, and manage billing.

• Familiarity with the National Building Code of the Philippines and local safety regulations.

• Strong coordination abilities to manage contractors, laborers, and project stakeholders.
