Design Support

• Under the guidance of the Chief Civil Engineer, interpret civil drawings and collaborate effectively with design teams and on-site construction personnel to resolve technical issues.

On-Site Civil Construction Management

• Construction Supervision:
• Oversee on-site construction activities such as earthworks, drainage, utilities, and foundations.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards (e.g., OSHA), and project timelines.

Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with OE/Employer and contractors for regular inspections and material site acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental laws, and building codes.

Quality & Risk Management

• Attend and perform material testing, structural inspections, and soil analysis.
• Identify and mitigate risks through regular site inspections and audits.

Resource Management

• Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor teams to optimize productivity.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare progress reports, change orders, and as-built documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and address client or stakeholder concerns.
