Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil engineering experience focusing on cost estimation and quantity surveying.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Experience in Land Development and SDP preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for civil projects.
• Monitor and control project costs including budget forecasting and variance analysis.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to verify progress and quantities.
• Prepare variation orders and claims documentation for scope changes.
• Liaise between design team and project management for cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
• Provide technical support during construction including QA and compliance monitoring.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project delivery.
