Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering, licensed is a plus, and has 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Planswift/Bluebeam, MS Excel, and Google Sheets is required to prepare cost data, analyze opportunities, and produce financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Preferably licensed/Registered Civil Engineer.
• Knowledgeable in quantity surveying principles.
• Familiar with estimating software (Planswift or Bluebeam).
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced workflows and communicate professionally.
• Willing to be assigned to Pagbilao, Quezon Province.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations
• Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of opportunities
• Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports
• Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures
• Provide financial reporting, trending data
• Perform data analysis and development
