Job summary

Havitas Properties Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Cost Engineer/Quantity Surveyor to prepare estimates, budgets, and BOQs for land development and residential housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cost Engineer, QS, or Cost Estimator in land development and housing.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs for land development and residential housing.
• Proficiency in cost estimation/quantity takeoff tools and advanced MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Philippine development regulations (PD 957, BP 220).
