Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cost Engineer, QS, or Cost Estimator in land development and housing.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs for land development and residential housing.
• Proficiency in cost estimation/quantity takeoff tools and advanced MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Philippine development regulations (PD 957, BP 220).

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQ for land development and house construction.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and flag variances.
• Evaluate contractor bids and validate billings, progress payments, and change orders.
• Conduct value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects.
