Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in cinema/retail/hospitality operations, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/operations/marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cinema, entertainment, or retail/hospitality operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cinema complex and snack bar operations to deliver high-quality guest experience.
• Implement SOPs, enforce rules, and train staff.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
• Track daily sales and generate performance reports.
• Prepare annual budgets for cinema and concession operations.
• Collaborate on booking policies and movie scheduling strategies.
• Maintain cinema tech equipment and facility infrastructure; ensure cleanliness and safety.
