Job summary

Qualifications

• College education or two years of college preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, or entertainment operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cinema operations before, during, and after screenings.
• Monitor cinema readiness and ensure theaters are prepared for incoming guests.
• Assist in implementing operational standards and customer service procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cinema lobbies, hallways, and theater entrances.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas and report housekeeping/maintenance concerns.
