• Own the product strategy and roadmap end‑to‑end, working in close partnership with the CEO to define and execute the product vision.
• Identify and drive opportunities where LLMs and AI can transform every layer of the platform, including chat assistance, quality assurance, fan segmentation, performance analytics, automation building, onboarding, and support.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the product team, setting a high bar for product craftsmanship, discovery practices, and execution excellence.
• Maintain continuous and direct engagement with clients, treating agencies as design partners-prioritizing regular, hands‑on conversations alongside data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver AI‑powered features that perform reliably in production environments, with a strong focus on quality, latency, and sustainable unit economics.
