Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Engineer (Full Stack) in Spain to build a customer-facing B2B SaaS product at the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity. You will own features end-to-end, from polished React interfaces to APIs and database interactions, with autonomy and direct influence on technical decisions.

You’ll work with a modern tech stack (TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, TailwindCSS) and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience building production applications with full-stack capabilities.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience.
• Proven REST APIs and scalable backend services.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments for enterprise users.
• Database expertise and query optimization.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with Python and FastAPI is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/EKS, PostgreSQL tuning, Temporal, cloud infra, or IaC.
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applications.
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS, TanStack Router/Query/Table, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product feature development, front-end UI, API implementation, and database layers from concept through production.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences using React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and TanStack ecosystem.
• Design, develop, and maintain performant REST APIs using Python/FastAPI with scalable backend services.
• Identify opportunities, make pragmatic technical decisions, and execute independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Optimize application performance across the stack, including database queries, API responsiveness, and front-end rendering.
• Contribute to technical architecture, engineering standards, and long-term decisions as the product and team scale.
• Balance rapid delivery with strong engineering practices, code quality, reliability, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate customer needs into impactful product capabilities.
