Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking an AI Platform Technical Lead to drive the design and deployment of scalable AI platforms across the enterprise. You will collaborate with data scientists, product owners, IT, security, and external partners to deliver secure, integrated, production‑ready AI solutions.

You will shape architectural decisions, reviewing data pipelines, APIs, and deployment plans, and guide implementation from concept to production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of AI platforms and solutions from concept to deployment.
• Translate business and product requirements into architectures, integration designs, and deployment plans.
• Define and oversee data pipelines, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and platform standards.
• Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and vendors to identify solutions that best support business needs.

• Support pilots, POCs, and production deployments while ensuring quality and scalability.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and performance issues.
• Establish and maintain platform standards, guardrails, and reusable design patterns.

You'll play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with governance, security, and operational standards.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership, platform engineering, solution architecture, or solution delivery roles.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI, analytics, or data-driven platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, cloud and/or on-premises environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from design through deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, data platforms, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, data quality controls, and analytics platforms.
• Experience evaluating technology vendors, tools, and enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with governance, security, compliance, and risk management requirements in regulated industries.
• Cloud, data, AI, or architecture certifications are an advantage.
