Job description

We are seeking a Head of Technology to lead the transition from services-led AI delivery into a repeatable product and platform organization. This senior technical leadership role will define engineering strategy, build and manage the technical team, and ensure that enterprise AI platforms and client delivery work evolve into a coherent operating system rather than disconnected prototypes. This is a hands-on leadership position.

While you won’t be expected to write every line of code, you must be technical enough to review architecture, challenge implementation plans, identify weak assumptions, and recognize when AI-generated output falls short. The role requires someone who can turn AI-native ambition into disciplined engineering execution. Key Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy across client delivery, internal tooling, and enterprise AI platforms. Hire, manage, and develop the core technical team (Senior Full Stack Developer, Engineer in Test, Solutions Architect, Technical Project Manager, and future roles). Set architecture standards for AI-native development: API-first design, secure agent workflows, test-driven development, code review, deployment discipline, and production observability.

Review major technical decisions and pull requests where architecture, security, performance, or client delivery risk is material. Partner with commercial leadership on enterprise sales, technical due diligence, and client executive conversations requiring senior technical credibility. Define the technical roadmap, separating reusable platform capabilities from one-off client customizations.

Establish engineering operating rhythm: architecture reviews, sprint planning, incident reviews, release gates, and documentation. Make build-versus-buy decisions for infrastructure, AI tooling, integrations, and deployment environments. Ensure security and compliance posture appropriate for government, telco, manufacturing, and enterprise clients.

Work in Manila on a hybrid schedule, with in-person collaboration required once per week. Preferred Prior experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or senior technical consulting leader.

Experience with AI agents, LLM-integrated products, workflow automation, or agentic software development. Background in turning services delivery into reusable product/platform IP. Familiarity with Southeast Asian enterprise buying cycles, government procurement, or regulated industries.

Knowledge of enterprise security, data privacy, SOC 2-style controls, and incident management. What We Offer
