Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in project management, strategy execution, business planning, or a chief of staff function.
• Strong business case and financial modeling capability: able to build, review, and challenge an investment case independently.
• Experience designing and running project governance frameworks including prioritization methodologies, stage-gate processes, and portfolio reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to work at the leadership level: present trade-offs and recommendations to a CEO and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional coordination instincts and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• High analytical and structured thinking to synthesize information into a clear portfolio view.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide project management practices: define the framework for how projects are proposed, evaluated, prioritized, and approved across all functions.
• Lead annual and quarterly project planning with the CEO and CCO, translating priorities into a funded, sequenced roadmap.
• Maintain a single view of all active, queued, and deferred projects across the company with rationale, resources, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Set and enforce the standard for business cases, including financial modeling, ROI framing, risk assessment, and resource requirements.
• Stress-test initiative proposals before leadership approval, basing decisions on evidence.
• Track post-implementation value and escalate where outcomes diverge from projections.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies to avoid delivery problems.
• Facilitate portfolio alignment across function heads and ensure shared accountability for outcomes.
• Serve as the bridge between strategy at leadership level and execution at the functional level.
• Design and maintain project portfolio dashboards and reporting rhythms for real-time leadership visibility.
• Prepare portfolio review materials for the CEO, CCO, and ExCom for decision-making.
• Escalate risks and trade-offs with clear recommendations.
• Direct the Business Analyst in producing structured requirements and feasibility assessments.
• Govern the requirements quality bar across the organization for handoffs to Product, Tech, and Data teams.
• Own the process of translating business intent into actionable cross-functional requirements.
• Build and evolve PMO tools, templates, and processes to match portfolio growth.
• Identify patterns of underperformance and drive systemic fixes; foster a culture of ownership and outcome orientation.
