Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive engagement with vendors for pre-project activities and RFIs, prioritizing Data Platform & Analytics projects within the business planning cycle.

You will own end-to-end delivery within scope, schedule and budget, report progress to stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure compliance with client PM standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PM frameworks such as PMI/PRINCE2; experience with Agile, Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
• Budgets, cost management, and financial planning to ensure delivery stays within financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement with vendors for pre-project activities and RFIs and prioritization of Data Platform & Analytics projects.
• Manage vendors directly involved in delivering services for the scope.
• Deliver Data Platform & Analytics projects within scope, schedule and budget commitments.
• Develop, maintain, and report realistic project schedules and budgets to stakeholders.
• Provide visibility on project status to all relevant stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the project team and provide guidance on outstanding concerns.
• Assess change impact and manage changes through formal change processes.
• Ensure compliance with client PM standards and applicable bank policies.
• Develop estimates on capacity needs and onboarding/offboarding timing.
