Qualifications

• Senior leader with 15+ years in pharma/healthcare with field-force experience in the Philippines.
• Deep in at least two of HR operations, sales force effectiveness, and training/coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree; fluent in English and Filipino; willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, SFE, and Training & Development for the national field force.
• Design incentive schemes, performance management, and leadership development.
• Partner with Medical Affairs and report to the General Manager; build the people function.
