Job summary

Philcare Pharma, Inc. is seeking a senior Head of People & Capability to lead HR, Sales Force Effectiveness and Training & Development across our national field force.

Based in Pasig, you will report to the General Manager and partner with Medical Affairs to align talent with the commercial plan. You will own the people architecture, incentive programs, career tracks, leadership development, and governance, while ensuring DOLE compliance and strong workforce engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/healthcare with field-force leadership
• Experience in HR ops, SFE or training/coaching with a broad scope
• Ability to design and administer field-force incentive schemes and performance measures

Responsibilities

• Lead HR, SFE, and Training & Development as an integrated function
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and succession planning for critical roles
• Set annual targets, KPI calibration, and sales incentive administration
• Develop onboarding, selling-skills, and coaching curricula for field teams
• Partner with Medical Affairs for training and scientific content
• Drive organization design and change management for expansion into new areas
