Job summary

Philcare Pharma, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head the People & Capability function, integrating HR, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Training & Development.

You will work on the Management Committee with direct access to owners to shape the people architecture behind the commercial plan for nationwide hospital reach. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in pharma or healthcare, strong HR operations and incentive design experience, and the ability to develop leaders while aligning HR

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutrition, or consumer-health companies operating a field force in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead three functions as one integrated People & Capability organization: HR, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and Training & Development (T&D).
• Shape people architecture behind the commercial plan — territory design, sales incentives, grading and career tracks, leadership development.
• Own talent strategy, onboarding, compensation frameworks, and performance management for field and office teams.
