We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead the overall operations, growth, strategic direction of real estate group that develops simultaneous projects in Metro Manila and Luzon area.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field. Prefers with MBA or Advanced Management Training
• Twenty (20) years of progressive working experience in the Philippine real estate industry
• Proven track record in horizontal developments, township developments, socialized and economic housing, Pag-IBIG-accredited projects, and mid-rise residential buildings (MRBs)
• Extensive experience in full cycle management of multiple real estate projects
• Strong background in sales, marketing, business development, revenue generation, and overall business operations
• Deep understanding of Pag-IBIG financing, DHSUD regulations, permitting, and project approvals
• Experience working with the different stakeholders of the business
• Results-oriented executive with a proven ability to scale businesses while driving operational excellence and profitability
• Excellent leadership, organizational development, and people management skills
• Willingness to be based in Quezon City
