Private Advertiser seeks a Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operations and drive the end-to-end success of a high-end condominium portfolio in the Philippines. You will collaborate with the President, CFO, and department heads to achieve strategic goals and maximize profitability.

The role requires deep real estate experience, strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to align operations with corporate strategy while delivering steady revenue growth and efficient project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Experience in COO roles within SEC-supervised real estate or property sectors.
• Strong leadership, governance, and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations and drives end-to-end operational success.
• Leads strategic operations and commercial plans to meet revenue targets.
• Ensures occupancy and performance across high-end properties.
• Guides expansion, acquisitions, and joint ventures where appropriate.
• Aligns sales commitments with project timelines and turnover schedules.
