Job summary

DVT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of Housing & Land Development and Condominium/High-Rise projects in Metro Manila, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet objectives while complying with safety and regulatory standards. Open to relocation to Iloilo City; relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing Housing & Land Development and/or High-Rise/Condominium projects.
• Strong background in planning, construction management, and client coordination.
• Track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation.
• Experience with established real estate developers preferred.
• Relocation to Iloilo City open.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of residential construction projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate resolution of technical and operational issues.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Secure necessary permits and coordinate with relevant government agencies as required.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering courses.
• Proven experience managing Housing & Land Development and/or -High-Rise Residential/Condominium projects.
• Strong background in project planning, construction management, and client coordination.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation.
• Professional experience with established real estate developers is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with DMCI Homes or Project Developers, Inc., SMDC and MDC will be considered a strong advantage.
• Open to relocating to Iloilo City.
