Qualifications

• Seven+ years running operations for a Pag-IBIG-accredited developer focused on socialized or economic subdivisions.
• Experience managing 5+ department heads and 50+ staff.
• Proven ability to drive projects with dates, names and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across Construction, Batching Plant, Equipment, Land Development, Technical, Warehouse, Rectification and Maintenance, Documentation, Marketing, HR/Admin, Accounting/Finance, Purchasing and Property Management.
• Direct all department heads reporting to you.
• Monitor the Pag-IBIG buyer-file pipeline from reservation through take-out.
• Control materials issuance against a bill of materials.
• Ensure compliance with DHSUD permits, LGU clearances, ECC conditions and Pag-IBIG accreditation.
• Supervise batching plant, equipment fleet and warehouse operations.
• Identify and resolve problems impacting site operations.

About the role

We are hiring a leader to carry our values and direction consistently across all three projects in Bataan. This role requires someone who understands that operational excellence is measured in concrete outcomes: whether the site is clean at the end of the day, whether the crew is ready before the truck arrives, whether the plan is monitored against what actually happened, and whether a KPI means something to the person whose name is on it. You will set the day-to-day operational direction across all three projects while the leadership team sets overall strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operations across Construction, Batching Plant, Equipment, Land Development and Technical, Warehouse, Rectification and Maintenance, Documentation and Marketing, and support functions including HR and Admin, Accounting and Finance, Purchasing and Property Management

• Manage and direct all department heads who report to you

• Monitor the Pag-IBIG buyer-file pipeline from reservation through take-out

• Control materials issuance against a bill of materials

• Ensure compliance with DHSUD development permits and licenses to sell, LGU locational clearances and building permits, DENR-EMB ECC conditions, and Pag-IBIG accreditation requirements

• Supervise the batching plant, equipment fleet and warehouse operations

• Identify and resolve problems that impact site operations

About you

• Seven (7) years and above running operations for a Pag-IBIG-accredited horizontal developer focused on socialized or economic subdivisions

• Five(5) or more department heads and at least 50 staff have reported to you before

• You have managed the Pag-IBIG buyer-file pipeline from reservation through take-out

• You have controlled materials issuance against a bill of materials

• You have handled DHSUD development permits and licenses to sell, LGU locational clearances and building permits, DENR-EMB ECC conditions, and Pag-IBIG accreditation

• A batching plant, equipment fleet or warehouse issuing materials to a site has been under your supervision

• You have an engineering or business degree. A civil engineering license is welcome but not required

• You can provide evidence that you ran the projects, managed the people and kept both moving together with dates, names and outcomes

• You can describe a problem that stopped work on site and explain what you did about it

About us

We build socialized and economic housing in Bataan. We operate across Orani, Abucay and Samal with 79 employees, our own batching plant and our own equipment fleet. For Pag-IBIG-financed sales, we receive the proceeds when Pag-IBIG releases the buyer's loan, so take-outs are a key measure of our operations.
