Job summary

Clozette Group, based in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic digital sales professional to accelerate revenue growth from Manila. The role involves prospecting new leads, pitching proposals, working with influencers, and closing deals with Agencies and Brands to hit monthly targets.

You will collaborate with the campaign team to ensure client campaigns meet KPIs, expand relationships, and help develop new products and services while mentoring junior sales staff.

Qualifications

• Experience generating revenue through prospecting, pitching, and growing client relationships.
• At least 5 years in the digital media or digital advertising sales field.
• Passionate about social media, content marketing and online advertising.
• Energetic, self-motivated and results-driven with strong sales skills.
• Good understanding of content marketing and local influencer scene.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for potential Clozette clients.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing and new clients and agencies.
• Secure campaign briefs from clients and develop proposals to meet objectives, budgets and KPIs.
• Present proposals and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and KPIs are achieved.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and help develop new products/services.
• Guide and support junior sales staff to help them achieve targets.
