Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Head of Communications and Social to shape our organization's reputation, narrative, and stakeholder engagement strategy. This executive role develops and executes an integrated communications agenda to strengthen brand equity, trust, and growth.

The position leads corporate communications, media relations, and content across channels, guiding leadership messaging, crisis response, and ESG storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, brand communications, or reputation management.
• Proven experience building and executing integrated communications strategies at a senior leadership level.
• Strong track record in media & content creator relations, executive communications, crisis management, and corporate reputation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall corporate communications strategy to support business objectives and strengthen reputation.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic communications matters and messaging.
• Oversee media relations, thought leadership, and crisis management programs.
• Direct content development across traditional, digital, social, and emerging platforms, using insights to improve effectiveness.
• Shape executive communications for the CEO and leadership team, including speeches and messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and Creative Services to support branding and content.
