Job summary

Upgrade Energy Philippines is seeking a Corporate Affairs Officer to manage day-to-day corporate communications, marketing, brand identity, stakeholder relations, and CSR/ESG initiatives. Working under executive leadership, you will help maintain a positive public image across digital platforms and community touchpoints.

You will draft content, support digital strategy, monitor media trends, coordinate events, and maintain a stakeholder database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in corporate communications, digital marketing, PR, or agency work.
• Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate social media and basic content tools.
• Excellent project coordination skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal teams and external partners.
• Calm, proactive, and effective under tight deadlines in a growing org.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and curate content for social media, press releases, website news, and newsletters.
• Support digital strategy for UGEP's online platforms to boost engagement.
• Ensure visual assets and communications follow UGEP branding guidelines.
• Monitor media coverage and social analytics; produce monthly reports.
• Coordinate events, press briefings, town halls, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain a media/contact database for stakeholders.
• Draft routine communications to external partners.
• Document CSR activities with archives and impact briefs.
• Prepare presentations and collateral for leadership.
