Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Head of Communications to shape and protect the company’s reputation, lead an integrated communications agenda, and support business growth in a dynamic market.

The role requires senior leadership experience, expertise in media relations, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement. You will partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent, audience-centric messaging across channels and oversee a high-performing communications team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, brand communications, or reputation management.
• Proven experience building and executing integrated communications strategies at a senior leadership level.
• Strong track record in media & content creator relations, executive communications, crisis management, and corporate reputation programs.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups and navigating complex business environments.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated corporate communications strategy aligned to business goals.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic communications matters and messaging.
• Lead corporate reputation, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Oversee content across traditional, digital, social, and emerging platforms.
• Shape executive communications for the CEO and leadership team (speeches, messaging, presentations).
• Manage crisis communications frameworks and lead responses to issues affecting reputation.
• Promote ESG, financial literacy advocacy, and social impact storytelling.
• Strengthen internal communications to align and engage employees.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team and agency partners.
