Job summary

HRTx Inc in Pasig, Philippines seeks a seasoned Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications to lead enterprise-level corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, and reputation management.

The executive will advise senior leadership, engage with government agencies and regulators, oversee crisis communications, internal communications, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or corporate relations with leadership roles.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (telecom, banking, utilities, healthcare, etc.).
• Strong media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience engaging with government agencies and regulatory bodies preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
• Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, regulators, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of corporate events, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure communications comply with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Manage communications agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to executive leadership.
